Software services and outsourcing provider Tata Consultancy Services, India’s largest software services company, has been recognized as one of the UK’s top 10 employers by Top Employers Institute. The recognition is based on a research into nine core human resources (HR) criteria set by the Top Employers Institute, global certification company recognising excellence in the conditions that employers create for their people. The key criteria includes talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits and company culture.
