This is a story of a call center agent who had an encounter with the said black lady during her first two days at work in one of the call center company.

Before she started working, there were already rumors spreading around about the mysterious lady but she did not believe them nor in the existence of such entity.

One night at around 1 a.m, she thought she is the only one in the office not until she heard someone crying from the outside and saw the shadow of the lady in black passing by at the lobby.
