International Call Center Accenture has acquired Germany-based SevericeNow provider solid-serVision for an undisclosed sum. The addition boosts the firm’s presence in the German, and wider European, ServiceNow space. The acquisition adds more than 100 experts in the area of consulting, implementation and testing, as well as key training capacity for its wider global network of professionals.
Solid-serVision is a Germany-based consulting and system integration firm, focused on the ServiceNow market across Europe. The firm, which was founded in 2011, has quickly grown to more than 100 staff, holding more than 130 ServiceNow certifications among them. The team, which is headquartered in Dresden, was awarded the 2016 highest customer score among ServiceNow partners.
The acquisition boosts Accenture’s capabilities further in the area of cloud strategy, implementation, migration, integration and management. The addition of the additional staff in Germany, the largest concentration of ServiceNow professionals in the country, boosts its footprint in Germany, and across Europe more widely in the ServiceNow industry. In addition, the firm adds a key ServiceNow Training Provider in Europe to its capacity.

Recent cloud additions
The firm has made an a number of acquisitions in its cloud capacity, late last year adding ServiceNow specialist Nashco Consulting, with prior acquisition in the space including the New Energy Group, adding 450 experts in Salesforce.com, and consultancy Daynine, adding more than 400 workday professionals and 1,200 Workday certificates. In 2015 the firm picked up Cloud Sherpas, expanding the firm’s Salesforce.com expertise.
