BPO provider Alorica: Surpassing Expectations

A US-based business process outsourcing or BPO provider, Alorica Inc., continues to surpass expectations in BPO industry as it has just acquired Expert Global Solutions (EGS), a global customer service organization.

“To help more people, we needed more great people. That’s why we’re doing this.”

– Andy Lee, Chairman and CEO of Alorica on why the company is acquiring EGS

The acquisition of EGS materialized through a stock purchase agreement with a goal of forming a new global customer experience organization. The merge of these two companies will create a new organization that will operate under the brand of Alorica.

This also means that Alorica will almost double its size as BPO provider in terms of both

employees and revenues. It is anticipated that the new Alorica will be staffed by 52,000 industry experts in America and more than 38,000 in other countries.

In the Philippines, the company would have 17 contact centers with about 26,000 employees. And with the acquisition, the new BPO provider Alorica will now be serving more than 600 clients across the globe.

Chairman and CEO Andy Lee believes that both companies share the same commitment to their people, passion for their clients and integrity in their business.
