At the BW Businessworld awards and was also recognized with Excellence in Global HR Strategy, Workplaces Practice Innovation and Change Management.

As part of the assessment process, HR applications at BW Businessworld awards undergo a 5-step rigorous assessment process comprising of editorial screenings, qualifiers, process auditor assessment, pre-jury assessment and a very stringent jury evaluation.
