Accenture has agreed to acquire global strategy consulting firm Kurt Salmon. Through the acquisition, the company will be able to expand its strategic capabilities in order to deliver end-to-end consulting services to top retailers and private equity firms.
Founded in 1935, Kurt Salmon is known for operational strategy consulting focusing on logistics, supply chain, merchandising, product development, corporate strategy and due diligence and omnichannel retail strategy. The company has more than 260 employees serving clients in offices in the U.S., Germany, UK, Japan and China. Once the acquisition is complete, all Kurt Salmon employees will be expected to join the strategy retail industry practice.

More than 260 employees of Kurt Salmon across the U.S., Germany, U.K, Japan and China are now part of the strategy retail industry practice, strengthening its capabilities in delivering end-to-end strategy consulting services to top retailers and private equity firms.
