Accenture has acquired Canada-based ServiceNow specialist consulting firm Nashco Consulting for an undisclosed sum. The addition, which is to be integrated into the firm’s global ServiceNow practice, further boosts its North American market presence in the growing As-a-service space.
Nashco Consulting was founded in 1993 to provide clients in the North American market with a range of solutions to solve IT Service Management challenges. Since 2008, the firm has focused on supporting clients with ServiceNow solutions. Situated in Alberta, Canada, the company offers consulting, design, and implementation services for the ServiceNow IT Service Management Suite.
The acquisition further strengthens Accenture’s position as a leader in the ServiceNow partner ecosystem and enhances the company’s technology capabilities and deep industry experience in cloud strategy, implementation, integration and management for clients seeking to tap the As-a-Service economy.
